1) Väärtpaberite hoiustamise kohta kannab notar ametitegevuse raamatusse järgmised andmed: 1) väärtpaberite tähistus, liik ja nimiväärtus; 2) väärtpaberite arv; 3) notari väärtpaberikonto number; 4) saaja väärtpaberikonto number; 5) hoiustatu väljaandmise kuupäev; 6) väljaantud väärtpaberite arv ja nimiväärtus.
