§ 35. Dokumentide ja muude esemete hoiustamise registreerimine
1) Dokumentide ja muude esemete hoiustamise kohta kannab notar ametitegevuse raamatusse järgmised andmed: 1) dokumentide või muude esemete kirjeldus; 2) muude esemete väärtus hoiustaja avaldatu järgi; 3) hoiustamise koht; 4) hoiulaeka asukoht ja number; 5) hoiustatu väljaandmise kuupäev; 6) väljaantud hoiustamise eseme kirjeldus.
