§ 13
Mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu einem Jahr oder mit Geldstrafe wird bestraft, wer 1. ohne Approbation nach § 2 Absatz 1 oder ohne Erlaubnis nach § 2 Absatz 2 den Apothekerberuf ausübt, 2. ohne Erlaubnis nach § 2 Absatz 2b Satz 1 eine pharmazeutische Tätigkeit ausübt oder 3. entgegen § 8 Absatz 3, auch in Verbindung mit § 11 Absatz 6 oder § 11a Absatz 5, den Apothekerberuf oder eine pharmazeutische Tätigkeit ausübt.
