1 Die Bestimmungen des Bundesgesetzes vom 6. Oktober 2000 über den Allgemeinen Teil des Sozialversicherungsrechts (ATSG) sind auf die Invalidenversicherung (Art. 1a–26bis und 28–70) anwendbar, soweit das vorliegende Gesetz nicht ausdrücklich eine Abweichung vom ATSG vorsieht. 2 Die Artikel 32 und 33 ATSG sind auch anwendbar auf die Förderung der Invalidenhilfe (Art. 71–76). SR 830.1 Fassung gemäss Ziff. I des BG vom 21. März 2003 (4. IV-Revision), in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2004 (AS 2003 3837; BBl 2001 3205).
