§ 8. Nõuded menüü koostamisele toidugruppide kaupa
(1) Kõikides toidugruppides tuleb pakutavaid toite varieerida. (2) Määruses nimetatud toidukogused on arvestatud serveerimiskogustena ühe lapse kohta. (3) Menüü koostamisel tuleb arvestada toodete suhkrute, soola-, kiudainete ja lihasisaldust vastavalt lisas 5 sätestatule.
