Sanzioni 1 In caso di inadempienza agli obblighi presenti nell'art. 135 let. b) del presente Regolamento, il Municipio è tenuto ad intervenire secondo la Legge organica comunale. 2 Nel caso d'inerzia o inefficacia del provvedimento, interviene il DECS che può infliggere una multa giusta l'art. 54 cpv. 2 LSc. 3 Nel caso d'insistenza nel rifiuto, il Consiglio di Stato può applicare una multa giusta l'art. 54 cpv. 3 LSc, riservata la denuncia all'autorità giudiziaria per rifiuto d'ubbidienza.
