e) Quorum, delibere e nomine 1 olegio di zona può deliberare solo se è presente la maggioranza dei suoi membri: in mancaza del numero legale per la delibera è riconvocato entro due settimane (RLSc, art. 49 e 30). 2 Gli argomenti in votazione sono sottoposti al collegio di zona dal presidente e, salvo richiesta contraria di uno o più membri, votati per alzata di mano. 3 Tutte le delibere, nonché le nomine dei membri, vengono effettuate a maggioranza semplice dei presenti. A richiesta anche solo di un partecipante le nomine vanno effettuate a scrutinio segreto. In caso di parità, il voto del presidente vale doppio (RLSc art. 49 e 31).
