1 Die Mitglieder, die Beisitzenden und die weiteren Sitzungsteilnehmenden stellen sicher, dass sie die Voraussetzungen zur Teilnahme an digitalen Sitzungen erfüllen. 2 Falls bei einer digitalen Sitzung oder einer Sitzung in Mischform technische Probleme auftreten, welche eine digitale Teilnahme verunmöglichen, wird die Sitzung fortgeführt, wenn die Voraussetzung von Artikel 9 Absatz 1 KomR gegeben ist. Andernfalls wird die Sitzung abgebrochen und vertagt. 3 Wer digital an einer Sitzung teilnimmt, stellt sicher, dass keine Informationen aus der Sitzung an Drittpersonen gelangen.
