§ 3 Anspruchsvoraussetzung nach § 4 BEG
Wenn die Voraussetzungen des § 4 BEG nicht in der Person des verstorbenen Verfolgten erfüllt sind, so hat einen Anspruch auf Entschädigung nach den §§ 15 bis 26 BEG nur der Hinterbliebene, auf den die Voraussetzungen des § 4 BEG zutreffen; es genügt nicht, daß die Anspruchsvoraussetzungen des § 4 BEG in der Person eines anderen Hinterbliebenen erfüllt sind.
