Art. 19
Von der Bezahlung der Ersatzabgabe sind befreit: a Personen, die nach Art. 9 lit. a und b von der aktiven Feuerwehrdienstpflicht befreit sind; b Personen, die nach Art. 9 lit. c und d von der aktiven Feuerwehrdienstpflicht befreit sind; c auf Gesuch hin Personen, die nach Art. 9 lit. e von der aktiven Feuerwehrdienstpflicht befreit sind; d Ehepartner von aktiv Feuerwehrdienst Leistenden. Diese Regelung gilt auch, wenn der Partner während mindestens 15 Jahren in der Gemeinde oder einer andern Gemeinde der Schweiz aktiven Feuerwehrdienst geleistet hat.
