1 Der Feuerwehrkommandant a bestimmt, ob ein Dienstpflichtiger oder eine Dienstpflichtige aktiven Dienst zu leisten oder eine Ersatzabgabe zu bezahlen hat, b entscheidet über Gesuche um Befreiung von der aktiven Feuerwehrdienstpflicht und von der Ersatzabgabepflicht. 2 Die zuständige Abteilung a erlässt die erforderlichen Gebührenverfügungen, b verfügt die Ersatzabgabe, wenn sie bestritten oder nicht bezahlt wird, c erlässt eine Verfügung, wenn die Betroffenen Entscheide des Feuerwehrkommandanten gemäss Abs. 1 nicht akzeptieren.
