Recupero dei costi Il collaboratore che interrompe la formazione per cause non imputabili al datore di lavoro, o che non si presenta, per propria colpa o negligenza, agli esami finali, è pure tenuto al rimborso totale o parziale delle spese legate alla formazione (tassa di iscrizione, di frequenza, materiale didattico, tasse di esame, ecc.) e delle altre spese (trasferta, vitto, alloggio) generate durante i congedi pagati. Tale norma è valida indipendentemente dalla sottoscrizione o meno di una convenzione di formazione come da art. 6.
