1 Diese Verordnung tritt sofort in Kraft und ersetzt die Verordnung vom 4. März 1920. 2 Die Bereinigungen, die bei Inkrafttreten dieser Verordnung bereits ausgekündet sind, werden nach Massgabe der Verordnung vom 4. März 1920 durchgeführt.
