§ 12³. Käesoleva seaduse § 8¹ lõike 4 rakendamise erand 2024. aastal
Käesoleva seaduse § 8¹ lõikes 4 sätestatud juhul suurendatakse sama paragrahvi lõikes 3 nimetatud arvestuslikku maamaksu summat 2024. aastal 10 protsenti või 5 euro võrra, kui maamaksu summa kümneprotsendine suurenemine on väiksem kui 5 eurot.
