§ 12⁵. Käesoleva seaduse § 8¹ lõike 4 rakendamise erand 2025. aasta eest maamaksu tasumisel
Käesoleva seaduse § 8¹ lõikes 4 sätestatud juhul suurendatakse sama paragrahvi lõikes 3 nimetatud arvestuslikku maamaksu summat 2025. aastal 50 protsenti või 20 euro võrra, kui maamaksu summa viiekümneprotsendine suurenemine on väiksem kui 20 eurot.
