Soweit sich diese Anordnung auf die Wahrnehmung der Befugnisse auf Grund des § 147 des Bundessozialhilfegesetzes bezieht (Abschnitt I Nr. 1), tritt sie am 1. Juni 1962 in Kraft. Im übrigen tritt die Anordnung mit ihrer Verkündung im Bundesanzeiger in Kraft. Gleichzeitig tritt die Anordnung vom 29. Januar 1960 (Bundesanzeiger Nr. 23 vom 4. Februar 1960) außer Kraft.
