Art. 16
1 Der jährlich auf die einzelnen Unterzeichnerkantone und ihre Verteilorgane entfallende Gewinnanteil der Loterie Romande wird nach folgendem Schlüssel bestimmt: a) 50 Prozent im Verhältnis zur Bevölkerung des Kantons gemäss den neuesten Statistiken des Bundesamtes für Statistik; b) 50 Prozent im Verhältnis zu den auf dem Gebiet des einzelnen Kantons erzielten Bruttospielerträge (BSE).
