Keine Zutrittsberechtigung haben Personen, die: a. für eine sichere Benutzung der Sport- oder Badeanlage nicht Gewähr bieten, insbesondere wenn sie unter Alkohol- oder Drogeneinfluss stehen; b. von einer Zutrittsbeschränkung gemäss Betriebsordnung betroffen sind; c. mit einer Wegweisung oder einem Zutrittsverbot belegt sind.
