Art. 13b Marke
Eine geschützte Sorte darf zusätzlich mit einer Marke oder einer anderen Handelsbezeichnung, die sich deutlich von der Sortenbezeichnung unterscheidet, in Verkehr gebracht werden. Dabei muss klar erkennbar sein, welches die Sortenbezeichnung ist.
