Art. 15 Vorzeitiges Erlöschen
1 Der Sortenschutz erlischt, wenn der Sortenschutzinhaber dem Büro für Sortenschutz schriftlich seinen Verzicht erklärt. 2 Solange das Büro für Sortenschutz den Verzicht nicht veröffentlicht hat, kann er widerrufen werden. Fassung gemäss Art. 2 Ziff. 1 des BB vom 5. Okt. 2007, in Kraft seit 1. Sept. 2008 (AS 2008 3897; BBl 2004 4155).
