Art. 3 Auslandswohnsitz
Wer in der Schweiz weder Wohnsitz noch Sitz hat, muss eine in der Schweiz niedergelassene Vertretung bestellen, die ihn in Verfahren nach diesem Gesetz vor den Verwaltungsbehörden vertritt. Fassung gemäss Anhang 1 Ziff. II 13 der Zivilprozessordnung vom 19. Dez. 2008, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2011 (AS 2010 1739; BBl 2006 7221).
