Art. 13
1 Bei voll- und teilzeitbeschäftigtem Personal liegt Überzeit vor, wenn auf besondere vorgängige Anordnung der Vorgesetzten an Werktagen über die tägliche Betriebszeit hinaus oder an einem Ruhetag gearbeitet werden muss. 2 Bei besonderen Situationen kann geleistete Arbeit nachträglich durch die Vorgesetzten als Überzeit angerechnet werden.
