Art. 22 III. Arbeiten von Zuhause aus (Home Office)
1 Sofern es die betrieblichen Verhältnisse zulassen und die notwendige Infrastruktur am Domizil der Mitarbeiterin oder des Mitarbeiters vorhanden ist, kann die Abteilungsleitung auf Antrag bewilligen, dass ein Teil der Arbeitszeit am Domizil erbracht wird.2 2 Es besteht kein Anspruch auf Home Office, ebenso wenig auf Zeitzuschläge oder sonstige Abgeltung für unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten.
