Art. 31
1 Die Kompensation hat innerhalb des Kalenderjahres, in welchem der Anspruch entstanden ist, zu erfolgen. 2 Der Abteilungsleiter oder die Abteilungsleiterin kann die Kompensationsfrist bis Ende Mai des folgenden Jahres verlängern. 3 Ende Mai des laufenden Jahres verfallen sämtliche nicht kompensierten Stunden des Zeitkontos des Vorjahres. 4 Der Vorsteher oder die Vorsteherin kann im Einvernehmen mit dem Personalamt in begründeten Ausnahmefällen die Kompensationsfrist verlängern.
