1 Die Mittagspause hat in der Regel zwischen 11.00 und 14.00 Uhr zu erfolgen und mindestens 30 Minuten zu dauern, Anfang und Ende sind zu erfassen. 2 Es besteht ein Anspruch auf eine Pause von je 15 Minuten während des Vormittags und des Nachmittags. 3 Die Pausen sind durch den Abteilungsleiter oder die Abteilungsleiterin entsprechend den dienstlichen Bedürfnissen zu regeln.
