1 Im Stundenlohn beschäftigtem Personal wird zur Abgeltung seines auf die Ferien fallenden Lohnanspruchs eine Ferienentschädigung ausgerichtet. 2 Die Ferienentschädigung ist zusätzlich zum Lohn auszurichten und gesondert auszuweisen. 3 Die Ferienentschädigung beträgt bei einem Ferienanspruch von a 25 Arbeitstagen: 10,59 %, b 30 Arbeitstagen: 12,99 %, c 35 Arbeitstagen: 15,49 %.
