Art. 1 I. Konstituierung
1 Innert Monatsfrist seit Ablauf einer Amtsperiode wird der Rat durch den Gemeinderat zur konstituierenden Sitzung einberufen. 2 Der Stadtpräsident oder die Stadtpräsidentin eröffnet die Sitzung und bezeichnet die provisorischen Stimmenzähler und Stimmenzählerinnen. Hierauf wird der Ratspräsident oder die Ratspräsidentin gewählt. Die gewählte Person übernimmt sofort die Verhandlungsleitung gemäss der vom Gemeinderat vorgeschlagenen Traktandenliste.
