1 Die Stimmenzähler und Stimmenzählerinnen ermitteln das Ergebnis der offenen und geheimen Abstimmungen. 2 Ist ein Stimmenzähler oder eine Stimmenzählerin verhindert, bestimmt der Rat die Stellvertretung. Für die Ausmittlung der Resultate geheimer Abstimmungen und Wahlen können weitere ausserordentliche Stimmenzähler oder Stimmenzählerinnen bestimmt werden. 3 Der Rat kann die Einführung der elektronischen Ausmittlung beschliessen.1
