1 Interpellationen, Postulate und Motionen können auf Antrag des Ratsmitglieds bzw. der für die Einreichung zuständigen Fraktion oder Kommission dringlich erklärt werden. Der Gemeinderat ist vor dem Beschluss über die Dringlichkeit anzuhören.1 2 Einen dringlich erklärten Vorstoss hat der Gemeinderat in einer der beiden folgenden Ratssitzungen zu beantworten.
