Publikumswerbung ist nur erlaubt für Arzneimittel der Abgabekategorien C, D und E nach den Artikeln 43, 44 und 88 VAM sowie für kantonal zugelassene Arzneimittel, es sei denn, sie wird durch gesetzliche Bestimmungen eingeschränkt oder verboten.
