Title 26 Insurance Code

Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.

What to do with it
As published

26-44-107. Management of domestic insurers subject to registration.

(a) The officers and directors of the insurer are not relieved of any obligation or liability to which they would otherwise be subject by law because the control of the domestic insurer lies with any other person. The insurer shall be managed to assure its separate operating identity consistent with this title. (b) Nothing in this act shall preclude a domestic insurer from having or sharing a common management or cooperative or joint use of personnel, property or services with one (1) or more other persons under arrangements meeting the standards of W.S. 26-44-105(a).

One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".

Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.

A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.
