§ 37a Zulässigkeit von Ausschusssitzungen als Videokonferenz aus wichtigem Grund
(1) Ausschusssitzungen finden grundsätzlich in Präsenz statt. Aus wichtigem Grund kann die Präsidentin oder der Präsident nach Befassung des Ständigen Beirats entscheiden, dass Ausschusssitzungen ausnahmsweise für einen bestimmten Zeitraum als Videokonferenz stattfinden dürfen. (2) Die Anwesenheit ist zu Beginn der Sitzung festzustellen. (3) § 37 Absatz 1 Satz 3 und Absatz 2 und die §§ 38 bis 45 sind entsprechend anzuwenden.
