(1) Zur Stimmabgabe in der Europakammer sind die Mitglieder und stellvertretenden Mitglieder der Europakammer berechtigt. (2) Die Europakammer ist beschlussfähig, wenn die Mehrheit ihrer Stimmen vertreten ist. Bei Beschlussunfähigkeit hat die oder der Vorsitzende die Sitzung aufzuheben. (3) Die Europakammer fasst ihre Beschlüsse mit mindestens der Mehrheit ihrer Stimmen.
