§ 45i Umfrageverfahren
(1) Hält die oder der Vorsitzende die mündliche Beratung einer EU-Vorlage für entbehrlich, kann die Beschlussfassung im Wege der Umfrage herbeigeführt werden. Über die Umfrage ist ein Bericht zu fertigen. (2) Wird die Sitzung der Europakammer wegen Beschlussunfähigkeit aufgehoben, leitet die oder der Vorsitzende ein Umfrageverfahren ein. (3) Außer im Fall des Absatzes 2 kann jedes Land der Beschlussfassung im Umfrageverfahren widersprechen.
