§ 49 Inkrafttreten
Diese Geschäftsordnung tritt am 23. Mai 2025 zu dem Zeitpunkt in Kraft, in dem der Beschluss des Bundesrates über diese Fassung der Geschäftsordnung wirksam wird. Gleichzeitig tritt die Geschäftsordnung des Bundesrates in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 26. November 1993 (BGBl. I S. 2007), die zuletzt durch Beschluss des Bundesrates vom 16. September 2022 (BGBl. I S. 1513) geändert worden ist, außer Kraft.
