§ 16 Laufbahn
(1) Eine Laufbahn umfasst alle Ämter, die verwandte und gleichwertige Vor- und Ausbildungen voraussetzen. (2) Die Befähigung für die Laufbahn, in die eingestellt, gewechselt oder von einem anderen Dienstherrn versetzt werden soll, ist festzustellen und der Beamtin oder dem Beamten schriftlich mitzuteilen. Gleiches gilt, wenn die Beamtin oder der Beamte infolge der Umbildung einer Körperschaft übernommen wird oder kraft Gesetzes in den Dienst der aufnehmenden Körperschaft übertritt.
