§ 35 Entlassung von Beamtinnen und Beamten in Führungsämtern auf Probe
Beamtinnen und Beamte in Ämtern mit leitender Funktion sind
1. mit Ablauf der Probezeit nach § 24 Abs. 1,
2. mit Beendigung des Beamtenverhältnisses auf Lebenszeit,
3. mit Versetzung zu einem anderen Dienstherrn,
4. mit Festsetzung mindestens einer Kürzung der Dienstbezüge als Disziplinarmaßnahme oder
5. in den Fällen, in denen nur ein Beamtenverhältnis auf Probe besteht, mit Ende des Monats, in dem sie die im Beamtenverhältnis auf Lebenszeit geltende Altersgrenze erreichen,
aus dem Beamtenverhältnis auf Probe nach § 24 Abs. 1 entlassen. Die §§ 31 bis 33 bleiben unberührt. § 34 Abs. 1 gilt entsprechend.
