§ 57 Erneute Berufung
Die in den einstweiligen Ruhestand versetzten Beamtinnen und Beamten sind verpflichtet, einer erneuten Berufung in das Beamtenverhältnis auf Lebenszeit Folge zu leisten, wenn ihnen im Dienstbereich ihres früheren Dienstherrn ein Amt mit mindestens demselben Endgrundgehalt verliehen werden soll.
