§ 85 Dienstzeugnis
Beamtinnen und Beamten wird auf Antrag ein Dienstzeugnis über Art und Dauer der von ihnen wahrgenommenen Ämter erteilt, wenn sie daran ein berechtigtes Interesse haben oder das Beamtenverhältnis beendet ist. Das Dienstzeugnis muss auf Verlangen auch über die ausgeübte Tätigkeit und die erbrachten Leistungen Auskunft geben.
