§ 13 Ausnahmen in Einzelfällen
Die für die Zulassung jeweils zuständige Behörde kann im Einzelfall Ausnahmen von dem Erfordernis der Prüfung und Zulassung nach § 7 Abs. 1, § 8 Abs. 1, § 9 Abs. 1, § 10 Abs. 1 oder § 11 Abs. 1 bewilligen oder Abweichungen von den Versagungsgründen des § 7 Abs. 3 oder 4, des § 8 Abs. 2 oder 3, des § 10 Abs. 3 Nr. 2 bis 4 oder des § 11 Abs. 3 Satz 1 Nr. 3 zulassen, wenn öffentliche Interessen nicht entgegenstehen.
