§ 18 Journalistinnen und Journalisten
Keiner Zustimmung bedarf die Erteilung eines Aufenthaltstitels an Beschäftigte eines Arbeitgebers mit Sitz im Ausland, 1. deren Tätigkeit vom Presse- und Informationsamt der Bundesregierung anerkannt ist oder 2. die unter Beibehaltung ihres gewöhnlichen Aufenthaltes im Ausland im Inland journalistisch tätig werden, wenn die Dauer der Tätigkeit 90 Tage innerhalb eines Zeitraums von zwölf Monaten nicht übersteigt.
