Responsabilità L uso delle infrastrutture avviene a rischio proprio dell'utente. 2 proprietario del natante è responsabile dei danni che lo stesso causa nell'area infrastrutture, siano esse manufatti o altri natanti. 3 Il omune non risponde in caso di avarie, incendi, furti o manomissioni alle imbarcazioni, siano esse causate da persone o da eventi naturali.
