Art. 22 Inkrafttreten und Geltungsdauer des Protokolls
1) Dieses Protokoll tritt am dreissigsten Tag nach dem Zeitpunkt in Kraft, zu dem fünf Vertragsparteien des Übereinkommens die Erfordernisse des Art. 24 Abs. 2 dieses Protokolls erfüllt haben. 2) Dieses Protokoll tritt zu dem Zeitpunkt ausser Kraft, zu dem das Übereinkommen ausser Kraft tritt.
