Art. 5 Geldmittel, Devisen und Wertpapiere
Die EUTELSAT kann im Rahmen jeder amtlichen Tätigkeit jede Art von Geldmitteln, Devisen oder Wertpapieren in Empfang nehmen und besitzen und darüber frei verfügen. Sie kann Konten in jeder beliebigen Währung in dem für die Durchführung ihrer amtlichen Tätigkeit erforderlichen Umfang besitzen.
