Diese Verordnung tritt am 20. April 2016 in Kraft. Gleichzeitig tritt die Verordnung über die Bereitstellung elektrischer Betriebsmittel zur Verwendung innerhalb bestimmter Spannungsgrenzen auf dem Markt vom 11. Juni 1979 (BGBl. I S. 629), die zuletzt durch Artikel 15 des Gesetzes vom 8. November 2011 (BGBl. I S. 2178) geändert worden ist, außer Kraft.
