Modalités d'arrestation 4 1 Toute arrestation doit se faire dans le respect de la dignité. 2 L'arrestation est interdite dans les locaux du service lorsque l'étranger s'y rend pour répondre à une convocation ou recevoir une prestation d'urgence. Nul ne peut être arrêté durant les deux heures qui précèdent et suivent une convocation. 3 Le second alinéa ne s'applique pas : 1. aux étrangers ayant été condamnés pénalement ; 2. aux étrangers qui ont franchi la frontière malgré une interdiction d'entrée en Suisse dûment notifiée à l'intéressé.
