Art. 29
Verjährung, Verwirkung 1 Ansprüche aus wiederkehrenden Leistungen gemäss dieser Verordnung verjähren nach Ablauf von 5 Jahren. Im Übrigen sind die Vorschriften des Obligationenrechts (OR) über die Verjährung anwendbar. 2 Nach Ablauf von 10 Jahren seit ihrer Entstehung verwirken alle Ansprüche aus dieser Verordnung, soweit sie nicht vorher schriftlich geltend gemacht worden sind. 3 Für Rückerstattungsansprüche der Stadt gelten Abs. 1-2 sinngemäss.
