Art. 44 C. Besondere Bestimmungen zum Lohn
Teuerungsanpassung 1 Der Stadtrat beantragt im Rahmen des Budgets auf Ende Jahr die Höhe des auf dem Grundlohn auszurichtenden Teuerungsausgleichs. Als Grundlage gilt der Landesindex der Konsumentenpreise, Stand Ende November. 2 Bei angespannter Finanzlage kann vom vollen Teuerungsausgleich abgewichen oder ganz darauf verzichtet werden. Die nicht gewährte Teuerung kann bei veränderten Verhältnissen zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt ganz oder teilweise ausgeglichen werden.
