Arbeitszeugnis (Art. 56 AB zur PVO) 1 Die Angestellten und Lehrpersonen können jederzeit ein Zeugnis verlangen, das über die Art und die Dauer des Arbeitsverhältnisses sowie über ihre Leistungen und ihr Verhalten Auskunft gibt. Bei Beendigung des Arbeitsverhältnisses wird in jedem Fall ein Zeugnis ausgestellt. 1.1.2025 15 2 Auf besonderes Verlangen der betroffenen Person hat sich das Zeugnis auf Angaben über die Art und Dauer des Arbeitsverhältnisses zu beschränken.
