Mitsprache a) Personalverbände 1 Der Stadtrat anerkennt Personalverbände, die wesentliche Teile des städtischen Personals vertreten. Als Verhandlungspartner gelten gewählte Vertreterinnen und Vertreter des städtischen Personals. 2 Vor dem Erlass und vor der Änderung von personalrechtlichen Bestimmungen steht den Personalverbänden das Recht zur Vernehmlassung zu. Nach Bedarf, jedoch mindestens einmal pro Jahr, werden Konferenzen durchgeführt.
